Convergence of leaders and advocates for a worthy cause
Established in May 2015, Gentlemen Bicol for Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights, Inc. (GM Bicol) is a community-based organization and registered in the Securities and Exchange Commission in January 2020 as a non-stock, non-profit, and non-government organization based in Daraga, Albay, serving the Bicolandia communities. It is a network of sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) leaders and advocates.
We aim to become a strong organization, working with allies in the public and private sectors, through training and education, community organizing and mobilization, and policy advocacy.
GM envisions a caring and inclusive society where every person is valued regardless of their sexual orientation, gender identity and expression. We strive to promote universal access to sexual and reproductive health education and information, and health services.

Dr. Miguel de la Rama
(MSPH, Ph.D.)
Dr. de la Rama has over a decade of development work experience in both public and private arenas. He was the Focal Person of the Albay Local AIDS Council. He is a Journalist and SRHR Advocate.
Dr. Anecia L. Bailon
(RN, MAN, MAED, Ph.D.)
Dr. Bailon is a researcher and mental health advocate. She is well versed in community health in both practice and didactics. A former faculty in the College of Health Sciences of UST-Legazpi.
Hon. Howard Pem Imperial
Mr. Imperial was a Provincial Board Member of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of the Province of Albay, and was former Committee Chair on Health. A known health rights champion and a Reproductive Health Advocate.
Dr. Walter Randolph Jalgalado
(MD, MHA)
Dr. Jalgalado was a Hospital administrator and an Academician. He actively advocates public health and has served as a public servant as a Board Member in the Province of Camarines Norte.
Dr. Jannish Alcala-Arellano
(MD, DPCOM)
Dr. Arellano is currently Infectious Disease Cluster Head of the DOH Regional Office V.
Atty. Aaron M. Dimaano

Atty. Dimaano as a young professional dedicated most of his time to advocacies such as youth empowerment, sexual and
reproductive health rights, and education.
